Freestyle League 2026

FORMAT: ROUND SYSTEM

• In this event, the round system will be fair for all participants.
• There will be 30 teams/players.
• The first round is a warm-up called the league phase; top 25 teams advance.
• Round 1: 7-week project creation with 7 prompts, one per week.
• After Round 1, results are processed over 1.5 weeks of rest.
• Rating system: W = 3p, M = 1p, L = 0p.
• Tiebreaks: Only for bottom 5 teams if needed.
• Round 2: 10 teams eliminated; new prompt given before the deadline; best score = 9; 15 teams remain after 2 weeks + 1 week processing.
• Round 3: 1-week game jam; 3 teams eliminated; 12 teams remain.
• Round 4: 12 teams compete; 4 qualify for 3-week jam; results faster than usual.
• Finale: 4 teams compete in 4-5 week game jam; results announced at end of first split.
